It’s really quite easy…

You can start by coming in on a “Share the Pain” day when we are hosting FREE CrossFit classes!  The homepage is updated with the set of dates for the next “Share the Pain” – they are listed on the left hand side.  Just pick a CrossFit class on one of those days and show up!

Or, if you want to get started right away…

Start with a phone call, e-mail, or click the link below to schedule a complimentary “Baseline” session.  These are by appointment only and can be scheduled any time a trainer is available.  The session lasts between 30 – 45 minutes and will give you a chance to experience CrossFit, how we run our program, and what you can expect as a member.  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water – there is a workout involved!
