“In the six months since I joined the Crossfit 702 gym, I feel fitter, stronger, faster and more flexible than I ever have. In addition, my energy levels and quality of sleep have improved substantially.
In particular, I have benefitted from the scaleability of the program: the coaches at Crossfit 702 go to great lengths to individualize the intensity of every workout to my age, underlying conditioning and abilities. This has ensured steady, injury-free progress. The continuous emphasis on teaching correct technique for every exercise has enabled me to quickly become confident and competent in movements that I had no prior experience in performing.
The range of class times, from early morning to evening, allows me to easily integrate regular exercise into a busy and unpredictable work schedule. I also love the variety from workout to workout; I used to get bored exercising but there has been no danger of this happening at Crossfit 702.
I know of no more comprehensive and enjoyable program, whether your goal is to train for other sports, everyday life or general wellbeing. I would recommend Crossfit 702 without reservation to anyone, regardless of their age or current level of fitness.”

“For those new to crossfit- You won’t believe how crossfit can change your life until you start doing it. When I started I was massively overweight, sluggish, and just not happy with myself. The first month I lost 25lbs and already felt better about myself. After 5 months I lost 60 lbs! Around that time I did my first pull-up and it was the most excited I had been in years. If you’re worried about not being able to do it you shouldn’t be. Every workout is scaled to your ability and soon enough you’ll be doing things you never thought possible. With time you’ll start scaling less and experience the growth in self-confidence that I’m talking about.
If you’re looking for a new box- I started crossfit 702 seven months ago after having done crossfit for a year. I was excited for the fresh start and I specifically wanted to work on my strength. I never imagined the improvements that I would make in such a short time. At 702 I’ve ran my first sub-6 mile (actually 5:46), improved my back squat 60 lbs, my dead lift 40lbs, dropped 20 minutes on my Murph time, increased my FGB by 40 reps, and have PR’d in almost every lift there is. The coaching is phenomenal and the other members really push you towards achieving your best.
No matter what your background, the atmosphere at 702 is encouraging, friendly, and welcoming. The coaches are supportive but tough and the small class sizes mean you get the personal attention you need. Trust me, whether this is day 1 or 967, you will see results!”

“A few months ago I made a decision that would change my life. I was extremely overweight and had virtually no physical activity. In March I started my own diet and exercise regiment, but was not getting the full results I wanted. One day a friend of mine turned me on to Crossfit702. She said that if I wanted results that I should definitely do this. It was possibly one of the best decisions I could have made for myself. With the help of the nutritionist, a heavy work out regimen, and the support of the other members, I have lost 30lbs in 3 months, and I am in the best shape of my life. I would recommend Crossfit702 to anyone who is serious about making a change in their lives. I know its changed mine.”

When I saw the Crossfit work-out at CF 702, I immediately realized
that its intensity was exactly what I was looking for in order to
balance my fifty years of tranquil Tai-Chi practice. Crossfit is
arguably the most effective strength training that I have ever known.
The intensity and variety of the work-out programs always stimulate my
brain’s nerve center, and that wakes up my body and spirit. Crossfit
has significantly improved the quality of my life. I would like to
continue to participate in Crossfit training along with Tai Chi for
the next fifty years.
