Below are the descriptions of the different programs we currently run at CrossFit 702.
Class Descriptions
Elements - This is our entry level course for those new to CrossFit training. It will introduce new CrossFitters to the essential movements found in group classes and lay a strong foundation for the rest of your training. You must attend and complete the entire course before you can attend the regular CrossFit classes.
Weightlifting - Open to members who have completed Elements, this hour long session is devoted to everything barbell. Want to get some extra strength training in so you can PR on your next back squat? Want to work some extra skill and drill training on the Olympic lifts? This is the time to do it!
CrossFit - Here we will hone our skills and gain proficiency with the “10 Essential Movements” of CrossFit: air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo-deadlift high-pull, hang power clean, and hang power sntach. Flexibility, proper rest and recovery, nutrition, and mental toughness will also be emphaiszed.
Private Training
Private Fitness Coaching – You also have the option to experience our world class training at a more personal level. We offer 1-on-1 fitness coaching, which will include a personalized CrossFit program, nutritional consult and optional meal plans.
Sport-Specific Training – CrossFit, in itself, is a general physical preparedness program ideal for anyone looking for the highest level of health and fitness. We can take that program, however, and specify it to any athlete and any sport. Our focus is on speed, agility, strength, power and coordination to create athletes who can excel in their given sport with the physical and mental preparedness required to compete at the next level.
