Jared graduated in the top 10% of his class from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2009 with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. While there, he was a co-founding coach at UNR CrossFit, which is the only university affiliate to offer CrossFit as a credited class. He has an extensive background in sports as an athlete, specifically in basketball, track, and cross-country where his performance excelled (state qualifier as a high school freshman).
As a coach, he worked with the Nevada Basketball Academy for three years, assisting his uncle Jason Glover, now a coach with the Minnesota Timberwolves, with training members of the UNR basketball program as well as assisting with the youth athletic program. He built a strong foundation for coaching under the tutelage of his uncle and at CrossFit Las Vegas, where he headed the Crossfit Power class (strength training focus) and trained the Las Vegas Blackjacks rugby team for 8 months. His athletic experience gives him a unique perspective in utilizing CrossFit to develop a sport-specific athlete.

Whitney Eros, Class and 1-on-1 Trainer -

Whitney Eros has a love for Crossfit that shows in her enthusiasm for the workouts and dedication to our members. She has been participating in Crossfit for over 2 years and has experienced first hand the life-changing benefits of this program. When Whitney first started Crossfit, she had little athletic experience and very minimal success at sticking with any workout regimen. As a busy mother of four girls, she needed a workout program that would deliver maximum benefit in a minimal amount of time at the gym. Whitney’s main fitness goal at that time was to be a good example of a strong and physically fit woman for her daughters. Crossfit has met and exceeded every expectation for her. As she nears 40, Whitney is in the best shape of her life. Now her journey has come full circle. After successfully completing her Level 1 Trainer course, Whitney’s new passion is to share all that she has learned and experienced with others. Whitney is a trainer dedicated to helping others not only reach their greatest fitness potential, but also have fun while getting there.

After retiring from the Army, Conrad joined CrossFit 702 and became a Level 1 Certified Coach. Having ran numerous marathons in the past, he has reduced his miles to commit more time to Crossfit. As a coach, his goal is to push your capabilities in mechanics, technique, and speed to improve your overall conditioning and discover your ultimate potential.
